Under the condition of good post rain treatment, the rain has little impact on the sling. We can draw such a conclusion from the PH value of the rain and the acid resistance of the sling. The acidity of rainwater mainly comes from carbon dioxide in the atmosphere, so it is slightly acidic. The PH value is about 6.0. When the pH value is less than 5.0, it is called acid rain. The acid resistance of the sling material can completely resist this PH value, so the sling will not be corroded by rain.

Although the acidity of rain does not have much impact on the sling, the long-term humidity will have a certain impact on the rated load of the sling, and even mildew may occur. Therefore, the sling must be dried after rain and placed in a ventilated and dry environment to keep it in the best state all the time.
