Colored lifting belts are distinguished by color for tonnage: purple represents 1 ton, green represents 2 tons, yellow represents 3 tons, gray represents 4 tons, red represents 5 tons, blue represents 8 tons, and orange represents 10 tons and above.
When using colored lifting belts, the rated load of the selected lifting belt should be greater than the weight of the lifted goods, in order to ensure the safety of the lifting operation. When lifting objects with sharp edges and corners, protective sleeves or other protective measures should be installed in advance to avoid damage to the lifting belt.
After use, clean the dust and debris on the colored lifting belt in a timely manner. After cleaning, store it in a suitable place for future use.
