Analysis of Flexible and Flat Lifting Belts

We often compare lifting belts with other metal lifting devices, and the conclusion drawn is that the strength of lifting belts is not as good as that of metal lifting devices, but the functionality and protection ability of lifting belts for lifting targets are much higher than that of metal lifting devices. Today, we will conduct an internal comparison of lifting belts, namely the comparison between flat lifting belts and circular lifting belts.

Both types of lifting belts are made of synthetic fiber material. The circular lifting belt, also known as the flexible lifting belt, has a very different appearance from the flat lifting belt, with a circular cross-section. It also has an uncommon name: "round sling". The outer layer of the round sling has a super wear-resistant outer layer, while the inner layer is a high-strength sling. Therefore, the round sling has a super strong load capacity, up to a terrifying 1000T, and can withstand many large tonnage lifting operations.

Next is the flat lifting belt, which is shaped like its name suggests and is flat. This type of lifting belt has a high polyester content, and its biggest feature is that it has a larger force area when lifting during bundling, similar to our backpack straps attached to our shoulders, which can minimize shoulder discomfort. The flat lifting belt reduces the pressure on the lifting target, protecting both the other party and ourselves, and can be said to have extremely high safety.

There is no superiority or inferiority between two types of lifting belts, only the usage environment. We only need to choose the appropriate lifting belt for different working environments.
