If the following situations occur with the lifting belt, please dispose of it as scrap

Any mechanical equipment has a service life, and lifting belts are no exception. However, lifting belts are often scrapped before their expiration date, some due to severe wear and tear, some due to deformation, and some due to breakage. To ensure the safety of lifting operations, if the lifting belt encounters the following situations, please dispose of it as scrap.

Lifting sling

The lifting belt is cut, broken, severely scratched, the rope strands are loose or partially broken, please dispose of it as scrap.

The surface fibers of the lifting belt are severely worn, with local rope diameters becoming thinner, or any rope strand is worn to one-third of the original rope strand. Please dispose of it as scrap.

The fibers of the lifting belt have softened or aged, the surface is rough, the fibers are easily peeled off, the elasticity has decreased, and the strength has weakened. Please dispose of it as scrap.

The lifting belt may become moldy or spoiled due to improper storage, or suffer from acid-base burns, thermal melting, or burning. Please dispose of it as scrap.

The surface of the lifting belt is excessively loose and corroded, with severe bending or twisting. Please dispose of it as scrap.

If the above situation occurs with the lifting straps, in order to ensure the safety of the lifting operation and workers, please dispose of these lifting straps as scrap and replace them with new ones for use.
