The lifting construction of the reaction kettle is difficult. Due to the prototype appearance of the reaction kettle and the inability to cause wear and tear on the equipment surface, steel wire ropes cannot be used. Therefore, the factory chooses to use lifting belts for lifting operations. Lifting belts are generally made of high-strength polyester filament, which has the characteristics of high strength, wear resistance, oxidation resistance, soft fabric, wide contact surface, and large load-bearing capacity. When carrying out the lifting operation of the reaction vessel, as long as the operation is carried out in accordance with the required specifications, the lifting and handling of the reaction vessel can be safely completed, ensuring the safety of equipment lifting.
