Different binding connection methods for lifting straps are used in different scenarios

The binding connection method used for lifting belts varies when facing different lifting targets. The correct binding connection method is a prerequisite for ensuring the safety of lifting operations. Below, Chenghua will introduce several commonly used binding connection methods for lifting belts.

Bottom binding method: This binding method involves threading the lifting belt through the bottom of the heavy object and hanging the rope end on the hook. This binding connection method is suitable for some equipment with regular appearance, which can ensure the balance and stability of the lifting.

lifting sling

Rope binding method: Use a snap ring to clip a sling out of a loop, and then use a loop to bind and lift heavy objects. When using the rope binding method, the binding rope is usually threaded under the heavy object, and then the rope head and middle section are connected with a card. The middle section of the rope can move freely in the snap ring. When the binding rope is subjected to force, the rope loop exerts a tight force on the heavy object at the binding point. When the heavy object reaches a vertical position, the binding rope will not slide on the surface of the heavy object.

Cardring connection binding method: a binding method for lifting heavy objects by connecting the rope head of the sling with the lifting ring and lifting ear on the heavy object using a snap ring. This method is commonly used for devices with hanging ears or rings, as well as for tying heavy objects. Depending on the number of hanging ears or rings on the heavy object, the corresponding number of clamping points is used.

The above three types of fixed connection methods for lifting belts are suitable for various lifting scenarios. Choosing the correct binding connection method can ensure the smooth and safe operation of lifting belts.
