As a construction worker, I deeply understand the importance of circular lifting belts in lifting oil pipes. Due to the inability of conventional flat lifting straps to meet the diameter and weight requirements of large oil pipes, we need to customize and produce specialized lifting straps. There are currently two common specifications and models available in the market: circular or double eye lifting straps made of polyester material, and Dinima circular or double end buckle lifting straps.
The difference between these two types of lifting belts is very large. Firstly, the high price of polymer polyethylene has led to an increase in its usage cost. Secondly, the circular lifting belt made of high molecular weight polyethylene has greater usability. Under the same carrying capacity and safety factor, the volume of polymer polyethylene lifting belts is only one-third of that of polyester lifting belts. This means that polymer polyethylene lifting straps are more suitable for lifting large objects in narrow spaces.
Imagine that we are carrying out the lifting of oil pipes on a small construction site. Due to limited space, we must choose a lifting belt that can adapt to this environment. At this point, the polyester sling seemed powerless. It has a large volume and cannot easily pass through narrow spaces. However, the Dyneema lifting belt is different. Its small and flexible size allows it to easily pass through narrow spaces and has sufficient load-bearing capacity.
By selecting the appropriate specifications and models of lifting straps, we can ensure the smooth progress of the work and guarantee the safety and efficiency of the lifting process. Both polyester lifting straps and denim lifting straps have their own advantages and applicable scenarios. As workers, we need to make wise choices based on the actual situation to ensure the smooth progress of our work.
