Lifting straps are widely used in various industries, especially in construction sites, wind turbine installations, logistics warehouses, and other places where they are frequently used. The fabric is soft, non-conductive, and wear-resistant. The quality of sewing during the production process of lifting belts largely determines whether the lifting belts are qualified. What are the requirements for sewing lifting belts?
1. The raw material of the sewing thread used for the lifting belt should be the same as that of the webbing and processed by a sewing machine. And the pins should not touch or affect the edges of the webbing. During production, different colored sutures can be used to sew the lifting straps for the convenience of manufacturers and users for inspection and acceptance.
2. The stitches of the lifting belt suture should pass through the part of the webbing that needs to be sewn together, and the stitches should be flat and smooth, with no excess coils on the surface of the webbing.
3. Measures should be taken to prevent the webbing from unraveling at the fracture of the lifting belt. The fracture surface of the heat treatment should not damage adjacent pins, and the fracture surface of the heat treatment should not be sewn. To prevent the suture from slipping, the webbing can be impregnated and then the fracture can be sutured again.
